When you place an order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
When you create an account: your name, email address, password, and saved addresses.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to send us, along with your email address or phone number so we can reply.
Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and similar analytics data. We use this to understand what people look at on the site and to keep the site secure.
Why we collect it
To take and fulfil your order, to process payments, to arrange delivery, to handle returns and support requests, to detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you have opted in, we also use your email address to send you news about drops and pop-ups.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with:
- Our payment processor, to take payment and handle refunds and disputes. They receive your billing details and card information directly.
- Shipping carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order.

How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally seven years. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe.
