These terms apply when you buy from jazzyjsapparel.com, operated by Jazzy J’s Apparel of Anniston, Alabama. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a price or description was listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor, which also handles the pay-over-time options offered at checkout. Those instalment plans are agreements between you and the provider, on their terms.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return an item is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Products
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colour can look different in person. Sizing can vary between styles. If a fit is not right, our returns policy covers you.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently.
Our content
The Jazzy J’s Apparel name, logo, designs, product photography and site text belong to us. Please do not copy or resell them without asking. Reposting our photos on social media with credit is fine and welcome.
Liability
Nothing here limits any right you have under Alabama or federal consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
