Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally yet.
What it costs
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
- $8 flat rate on orders under $75, no matter how many items.
How long it takes
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days after that, depending on where you are.
Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start processing the next business day. Pop-up weekends can add a day, and we will say so on the site when that happens.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also find it under My Account, then Orders.
If your order has not arrived
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email oddusee1@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
We cannot be responsible for parcels marked delivered by the carrier but taken from a doorstep. If that happens, contact us anyway and we will help you file a claim.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will re-ship it once you cover the return and re-delivery cost.
